Exceptional room, clean and comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. Excellent internet connection. Varied and fresh breakfast. Helpful and attentive staff.

The view from the room was amazing and the location was great because it was peaceful and away from busy areas. The availability of hot water and centralised heating was helpful in the cold climate.
The staff was not helpful and there were many issues with the internet service. It was also difficult to get basic necessities like fresh towels and extra blankets.

Located in a serene area surrounded by mountains and trees, this hotel provides stunning views from the rooms. the rooms are extremely clean and equipped with centralised heating to keep you warm during the cold climate. the staff is friendly and provides top-notch service, making your stay comfortable. the breakfast is fresh and varied, and the bathrooms are well-maintained with hot water available round the clock. the internet connectivity is also excellent, perfect for staying connected with work.
The spa facilities could be improved.

The hotel was situated in a great location with a fantastic view of the snow-covered mountain. It was a peaceful escape from crowds and surrounded by nature, mountains, trees, and snow. the rooms were exceptionally clean, with 24/7 centralised heating and hot water, which helped us overcome the extreme cold climate. the staff members were hospitable and cooperative, providing top-notch services from the reception desk to housekeeping and laundry. the food served was appetizing and fresh. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and nature.
